Each engagement is defined by a written scope. Fees, deliverables, and timelines are agreed before work begins. Either party may end an engagement in writing; fees already earned are non-refundable except where expressly stated.

Federal matters involve discretion exercised by courts, agencies, and counsel outside our control. We do not guarantee any particular outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rebuild with Ryan's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement at issue.
United States jurisdiction applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of principal operation. Any dispute arising from these terms or an engagement will be resolved under that jurisdiction.
